We are currently recruiting for a Site/Project Manager to join one of our well-established clients in Gatwick.

Our client is a leading UK construction company specialising in groundworks, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme objectives.
• Oversee labour, materials and plant requirements.
• Drive high standards of workmanship and operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager or Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects safely and successfully.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
• Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• CSCS Management Card (Essential)
• SMSTS (Essential)
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal Certification
• Full UK Drivers License (Essential)
