This well-known and well-respected sub-contractor has been established for just over 20 years and is one of the most dynamic contractors specialising in interior sub-contract packages in London and the surrounding counties, with an annual turnover in excess of 25 million. They specialise in ceilings and partitions and associated fit-out packages and have an extensive portfolio of commercial and office works with typical contracts up to 3 million in value. The company is looking for ambitious Commercial Manager to work on prestigious projects in central London. Reporting to the MD, your main role will be to manage the commercial function and them team. Duties will include estimating, developing and reviewing target costs, forecast and cash flow analysis. Duties will include assisting in all aspects of the financial control of the project including valuations, measurements and cost reports, attending meetings and ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken.
