The role may start sooner if all relevant checks are completed. When you are in the role you will be there to ensure all young people whose first language is not English have access to the highest levels of support which will enable them to flourish across the curriculum. You will make a difference to those students who have additional needs and require additional support and extended services to overcome barriers to learning. You will be joining a team that is committed to improving outcomes for all pupils. You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
