Job Title: ESOL Tutor
Location: Bexley, London
Pay Rate: -2530 per hour
Job Type: Temporary | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored ESOL lessons to meet the needs and abilities of individual learners.
• Support learners in improving their English proficiency for work, study, and daily life.
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supporting learning environment.

Requirements:

• Applicants must hold an ESOL, CELTA, or TEFL qualification- applications without one of these will not be considered.
• Experience delivering ESOL lessons to learners of varying abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• A passion for helping learners achieve their language goals.

Desirable:

• Experience working with pupils with SEND
• Experience working as an ESOL/EAL tutor
