Are you a Service Manager or Head of Service from a security, engineering or technical background, looking to take ownership of service operations within a growing engineering business?

This company specialises in integrated security solutions, including bespoke security gates and barriers, CCTV, access control and perimeter protection systems for commercial and industrial clients.

On offer is the opportunity to take a leading role in developing and managing service operations, overseeing engineering teams, improving service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships. You''ll help streamline processes, resolve escalated issues and ensure service and maintenance activities are delivered efficiently across the business.

This role would suit a Service Manager, Head of Service or Service Operations Manager from a security systems, access control, gates, barriers or engineering background looking to take on a senior office-based role with hybrid working.

The Role:

• Lead and manage service and maintenance operations
• Coordinate field engineers and allocate service work effectively
• Oversee planned maintenance, repairs and emergency breakdowns
• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues
• Monitor service performance, quality and operational efficiency
• Work closely with installation, project management and commercial teams

The Person:

• Experience in a Service Manager, Head of Service or Service Operations role
• Background in security systems, engineering, access control or a related technical industry
