THE ROLE:A well established and thriving law firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead their busy residential property department. This is a senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing team, shape strategy, drive growth and maintain the firm''s reputation for exceptional client service.In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Conveyancers, Assistants and Support Staff across multiple offices. You will oversee all aspects of residential property work, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, while maintaining a reduced personal caseload. You will also play a key role in departmental budgeting, reporting, strategic planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, client experience and team collaboration.
