This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on delivering measurable results, optimising campaigns, and driving customer acquisition across multiple digital channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of performance marketing strategy, budget management, and campaign execution, helping to accelerate growth and maximise ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital acquisition channels.Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.Lead customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives.Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation activities.Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.Utilise analytics tools to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
