The Role Carrying out building surveys and defect diagnosis Preparing schedules of condition and dilapidations Contract administration and project delivery Party wall matters and technical due diligence Producing reports and providing expert advice to clients Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior team members About You MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership) Strong background in professional Building Surveying services Excellent communication and client-facing skills Experience across multiple sectors would be advantageous Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer?
