Hybrid working, up to 34,000 Trade Relations Executive - Role and Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for travel agents and tour operators, responding promptly to enquiries and building strong relationships. Set up and maintain agent accounts within the booking system and online booking portal. Coordinate trade incentives, rewards and engagement activity, and support the field sales team. Organise hosted fam trips, ship visits and events, working closely with sales and groups team. Set up promotions, offers and incentives within the booking system. Produce commercial reports and keep dashboards accurate for senior management. Support the administration of agency agreements and preferred partner arrangements and track the performance of commercial initiatives and sales campaigns. Work with Marketing to ensure all marketing collateral, pricing and offers are accurate and on brand. Support the Reservations team with quotes and bookings when needed.
