This role requires availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as well as during school holiday periods.Key Requirements Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable manner when engaging with visitors. Confidence in a front-of-house environment, creating a welcoming and positive experience for customers. Comfortable and proactive in requesting donations and collecting survey information from visitors. A strong work ethic and willingness to support visitor engagement activities.
