Senior Fire Consultant London and South EastWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Fire Consultant to support our continued growth across London and the South East.You will deliver a range of fire safety services across residential and commercial properties, working independently to manage inspections, assessments and client relationships.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Completing Type 1 4 Fire Risk AssessmentsUndertaking compartmentation surveysCarrying out fire door inspectionsProducing clear, accurate and professional reportsProviding practical fire safety advice to clients and stakeholdersAbout YouTo be considered, you will ideally have:A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent qualificationRegistration at Intermediate Tier or Tier 2 level with a recognised fire risk assessor registerProven experience undertaking Type 1 4 Fire Risk AssessmentsExperience with compartmentation inspections and fire door surveysStrong technical knowledge and report-writing abilityA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South EastDesirableExperience completing External Wall Fire Risk Appraisals (FRAEW/EWS) would be beneficial, although this is not essential. ..... full job details .....
