Working closely with Engineering, Operations and wider business teams, you will investigate recurring issues, develop workable solutions and deliver changes that improve efficiency, reliability and service.What you ll achieve Lead and deliver a varied portfolio of process-improvement projects.Investigate operational challenges and implement sustainable, practical solutions.Build strong cross-functional relationships and create a reliable network of support.Keep stakeholders informed through clear presentations, milestone updates and performance reports.Train and support Engineering and Operational teams so improvements are embedded successfully.Provide hands-on engineering support when needed to help maintain service levels.
