About the RolePertemps are currently recruiting reliable and experienced 7.5T Drivers to work with Royal Mail at their Home Counties North Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a great opportunity for professional drivers looking for regular work, with a particular focus on early morning and midday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting mail and parcels between Royal Mail distribution centres and delivery offices.
  
  
• Loading and unloading mail and parcels.
  
  
• Carrying out light handball duties where required.
  
  
• Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.
  
  
• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining high driving standards.
  
  
• Providing a professional and reliable service.
  
  

Shift AvailabilityWe are particularly looking for drivers who can work:

• Early morning shifts.
  
  
• Midday shifts.
  
  
• Flexible afternoon shifts where required.
  
  

Some night shifts may also be available.

Requirements

• Valid 7.5T (Category C1) driving licence.
  
  
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  
  
• Digital Tachograph Card.
  
  
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.
  
  
• Comfortable undertaking light handball duties.
