You will be able to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential, and will have a deep understanding of the latest pedagogical techniques and technologies. London Design and Engineering University Technical College (LDE UTC) is an oversubscribed technical skills provision that opened in 2016. In January 2019 we moved into our brand-new purpose-built state of the art building on the Royal Docks. Our specialisms include engineering, civil engineering and computing / digital. Courses include built environment for our budding architects, systems and control, engineering design and digital which contains virtual reality, augmented reality and computing. LDE UTC has been set up by Thames Water, Costain, Skanska, LEGO, Thames Tideway Tunnel, and our university partner the University East London to provide learners with the opportunity to progress onto University, higher degree apprenticeships or the workplace.
