Handle a diverse caseload of commercial matters.Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial issues.Assist clients in the formation and structuring of business entities.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in business transactions.Review and interpret legal documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.Manage disputes and resolve conflicts related to commercial agreements.Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes.Stay updated on changes in commercial and corporate law to advise clients accordingly. You will have: Minimum of 2 years'' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.Strong technical knowledge of commercial law and contract drafting.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse complex legal documents.Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
