The Opportunity Lamont and Co is looking for a Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of approximately 120 to 150 residential units across Birmingham, Dudley and the surrounding area. This is a genuine all round role. You will let the properties yourself, look after the landlords yourself, and be accountable for every part of the portfolio, delivered to a hospitality standard of service.
