Head of Finance Operations £65,000 - £70,000 Uxbridge Full-time 1 day working from home A growing multi-site healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Finance Transformation and Operations to lead and modernise its high-volume Finance Operations function. The Role Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Transaction Processing teams. Manage and develop a high-performing Finance Operations function. Drive process improvement, automation and operational transformation. Identify opportunities to introduce AI, RPA and workflow automation across Finance. Optimise finance systems and ERP processes, with NetSuite experience highly desirable. Develop KPIs, SLAs and operational reporting to improve performance. Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance. Lead teams through change and transformation programmes. Work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and operational stakeholders. Build a scalable Finance Operations model to support continued business growth. What We''re Looking For Proven experience leading high-volume Finance Operations or Shared Services. Strong management experience across AP, AR and Payroll. Track record of process optimisation, automation and transformation. Experience implementing or improving ERP/finance systems - NetSuite highly desirable. Experience within a growing or multi-site organisation.
