Removals Team Leader Location: South London Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive Reports to: Operations Manager / Branch Manager About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Removals Team Leader to oversee and participate in domestic and commercial removals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a valid UK driving licence to drive company vehicles as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of removal operatives on residential and commercial moves Plan and coordinate daily jobs, ensuring efficient use of time and resources Safely load, transport, and unload goods with care and accuracy Conduct pre-move assessments and vehicle checks Provide high levels of customer service throughout the move process Ensure team members follow health and safety procedures Act as the main point of contact for customers on-site Report any incidents, delays, or damages promptly to management Maintain cleanliness and good order of vehicles and equipment Requirements Valid UK driving licence (Category B minimum) Proven experience in removals or logistics, ideally in a leadership role Ability to lead and motivate a small team Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings Desirable (Not Essential) Category C1 or higher licence (7.5T or HGV) Know
