About the Goods Inward Operative role: To ensure the efficient receipt, storage, control, and processing of stock and hire equipment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, housekeeping, and customer service. The role supports the operational effectiveness of the depot through effective stock management, equipment control, and administrative processes within Syrinx. You will have the responsibility, skills and experience to manage, develop, monitor, maintain policies and procedures stock control to support the business objectives and support meeting our financial targets. This role will require active engagement with stakeholders in all entities and across all products and services to ensure best practice and value is obtained. Key responsibilities as our Goods Inward Operative will include: Sales Inventory Check all stock deliveries against purchase orders and verify quantities and specifications. Clearly identify and record any missing or incorrect items and notify the appropriate Sales, Service, or Purchasing Coordinator.
