This is an immediate start and will last the remainder of the academic year.Your new roleThis is an extremely inclusive and welcoming mainstream primary school that are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to a temporary contract to support a number of pupils across KS2. You will have the full support of the SLT and you will work in collaboration with class teachers to ensure that all pupil needs both academic and emotional are met. You will:Plan and deliver comprehensive ELSA interventions in a separate classroomIntegrate into new pupil groupsHold 1:1 interventions in core subjectsMaintain accurate pupil recorders including EHCP''s and learning journeysGive valid input during meetingsReport progress and key milestones to the SENCOWhat you need to succeedTo be considered in your application you must:Have full "Right to Work" in the UKHave or be willing to undergo an enhanced children''s DBS checkHave experience working with SEMH (social emotional mental health)Have experience delivering ELSA and/or be ELSA trainedHave relevant referenceable experience within a classroom or residential environmentWhat you''ll get in returnIf you are successful in your application you will receive:Full support and dedication of an experienced and dedicated DfE c
