We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team at a specialist school for children and young people aged 4 16 with autism and severe learning difficulties (SLD) in Hackney This is a full-time position working in a highly supportive, inclusive environment where the focus is on personalised, high-quality education and meaningful progress for every pupil. You will be:Supporting or delivering teaching across a range of developmental levels (EYFS to KS4)Working closely with experienced SEN professionals, therapists, and family support teamsHelping pupils develop communication, independence, and emotional regulationEngaging with an autism-specific curriculum, tailored to meet individual needsContributing to a school community that values creativity, nurture, and inclusive practice Candidates must be proactive, patient, and motivated by a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children with complex needs.
