About the Role: The Operations Administrator provides strong administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across teams. This role focuses primarily on administration, client account support, and supporting the Operations team with day-to-day business coordination. This could be an ideal job for someone fresh out of university with some work experience, but most importantly, who can demonstrate the ability to learn new processes and procedures (AI, new software packages, database/CRM etc). A degree is not required for this role; if not a graduate, we will be looking at experience gained in a similar office environment.
