Stock Condition Surveyor £280 per day (Inside IR35) West London Ongoing Contract with Long-Term PotentialA West London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support the delivery of its housing asset management and stock condition programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy property team on an ongoing contract, with strong prospects for a long-term assignment.The successful candidate will undertake stock condition surveys across the council''s residential portfolio, collecting accurate asset data, assessing property condition, and supporting investment planning and compliance programmes.Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed stock condition surveys across residential housing stock.Assess building components and identify current and future maintenance requirements.Collect and validate asset data to support planned maintenance and capital investment programmes.Undertake Domestic Energy Assessments and produce EPCs where required.Identify health and safety risks and contribute to HHSRS assessments.Provide accurate survey reports and recommendations to support asset management decisions.Liaise with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the survey process.
