Sales Executive (Technical Sales / SolidWorks)
This is not your average sales role. We''re looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive who enjoys building relationships and winning new business but also has a genuine interest in engineering and technical solutions. Working as part of a growing manufacturing business, you''ll be involved in complex, project-based sales from initial enquiry through to delivery. You''ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, helping to develop bespoke customer solutions and using SolidWorks to produce and amend technical drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical knowledge with commercial success in a varied role offering long-term career development and international exposure. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets. Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners. Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions. Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop technical solutions. Create and amend technical drawings and layouts using SolidWorks. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and customer requirements. Attend customer meetings, site visits and product presentations. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
