Qualified First aid and SMSTS Health and Safety proficient with a thorough understanding of the new challenges that Covid 19 has poses, along with Risk management distinct to construction. Experienced in JCT design and Build projects or with the skills set to learn. Project experience to be able to a manage a project from the ground and through to fine finishes. Project engineering experience and understanding of complex structural steel frame solutions and groundwork management. Experienced in managing bona fide subcontractors and direct labour, all associated administration and on-site management. Able to understand the quality finish demanded by independent school sector and manage the output of the same.
