About this Position: This role is for a Design Engineer supporting the development of motorcycle bodywork and seating components, contributing to the design and refinement of high-quality parts within a collaborative engineering environment. The position combines on-site involvement with flexibility, requiring attendance on-site two days per week, with scope for adjustment for the right individual. Job Responsibilities: Support the design and development of motorcycle bodywork and seat components Produce and modify 3D models and engineering drawings using Creo Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and quality Contribute to design reviews, prototyping, and product validation activities Apply knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, particularly plastics Ensure designs meet performance, durability, and aesthetic requirements Experience Required: Proven experience as a Design Engineer within automotive or motorcycle sectors Strong proficiency in Creo, ideally at an advanced level Experience with plastics design for interior and/or exterior components Motorcycle industry experience preferred, though automotive backgrounds considered Understanding of product development processes from concept through to production Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
