Client: Our client is a medium sized, privately owned MandE Contractor who operate within central London and the surrounding Home counties. Coming for a refrigeration and air conditioning background, they have been established for over 30 years they benefit from a large amount of repeat business. Typically, these projects range from £200,000 to £4M in the commercial office sector. With a turnover in excess of £25M they have an established a recognized brand, their clientele includes Tier 1 Contractors such as BW, Parkeray, Mace Interiors. As a result of the company s expansion they are looking to take on a Service and Maintenance Manager. Role: Maintenance Manager - Up to £85, 000 + Travel + Benefits We are looking for an experienced Service and Maintenance Manager to set up a new department within a leading building services contractor. You will have 2 engineers reporting to you and will work closely with the Office Manager. Your key responsibilities will be to run the service department efficiently; make the department commercially successful; retain customers and develop the business.
