Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex, ever-changing diaries with precision and foresight
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
• Preparing senior leaders for meetings with detailed briefings, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinating global travel, itineraries, and logistics end-to-end
• Supporting high-level meetings, events, and off sites
• Enhancing internal processes and improving ways of working
• Providing seamless day-to-day executive and business support

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience supporting senior stakeholders at Executive level
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach
• High levels of discretion and emotional intelligence
• Advanced Microsoft Office / O365 skills
