Site Manager - Weekend Cover (Commercial Project)
Location: East Kilbride
Weekend Work (Saturday & Sunday)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a busy commercial project.

This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who can take full responsibility for site operations over the weekend, ensuring works continue safely and in line with programme.

• Oversee site activities during weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Manage subcontractors and ensure work is carried out to programme
• Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
• Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks where required
• Ensure quality control and compliance with site procedures
• Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage site operations
• Reliable and committed to ongoing weekend work
