Finance Manager (Part-Time) Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Hours: Flexible 20-30 hrs per week Are you a finance professional ready to make an impact in a small, collaborative team? We re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established engineering business on a part-time basis. You ll work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insight, management reporting, and commercial support that drives smart business decisions. This is a varied and autonomous role where you ll have real influence and visibility. What you ll do: Partner with directors to support financial planning and performance. Produce management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Provide commercial insight to improve margins and efficiency. Maintain strong financial controls and processes. What we re looking for: Proven experience in a similar finance role (ideally within engineering, or SME environments). Strong analytical and communication skills.
