The Role Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction through to onboarding and sign-off. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and other clinical professionals. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with Operations, Business Development, Recruitment and Mobilisation teams to understand current and future recruitment requirements.
