Roles and Responsibilities: As a Midday Supervisor at Tradewind, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising Lunchtime Activities: Oversee and engage students during lunch breaks, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
2. Safety First: Promote and maintain a safe environment, addressing any potential issues promptly and effectively.
3. Assisting with Lunch Setup: Aid in the setup and organisation of lunchtime facilities, including seating arrangements and equipment distribution.
4. Supporting Students: Provide guidance and support to students as needed, fostering positive relationships within the school community.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Previous Experience: Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
3. Patience and Adaptability: A patient and adaptable mindset to handle varying situations during lunchtime activities.
4. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a harmonious school environment.
5. DBS Check: A valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
