TIG Welder Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality TIG welding to precise standards Read, interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings and technical specifications Weld a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel Work with material thicknesses ranging from 1 10 mm Prepare, clean, and set up materials prior to welding Use a range of ancillary tools, machinery, and workshop equipment safely and effectively Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organised working environment TIG Welder Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in TIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship MIG welding experience is advantageous but not essential Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team Good understanding of health and safety procedures TIG Welder Working Hours: Monday Thursday, 07 00 OT available on a Friday morning 38 hours a week Paid tea break in the morning Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been e
