Our client has an excellent reputation in the main contracting market, holding key positions on leading frameworks and maintaining a busy pipeline of work into 2027. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Contracts Managers to help oversee 2 projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the oversight of on-site delivery teams (Project Managers and Site Managers) across multiple live developments. Working closely with the pre-construction team during tender and award stages, helping transition projects smoothly into delivery. Supporting the day-to-day management of planning, design processes, and contract administration through to project completion.
