The Role We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager to take full commercial responsibility for responsive repairs maintenance contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of the pace, complexity and commercial structure of high-volume reactive works, particularly within Price Per Property (PPP) and NHF Schedule of Rates (SoR) environments.
