About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a well-established Subcontractor who have a turnover of approx. -200m. This is an opportunity to become part of their commercial team for projects across London and the South East. They are currently on active on nearly 200 sites which are predominately residential.

This company specialise in dry lining, facades, metal works and glazing with a strong reputation and high level of repeat business.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

• Take full commercial responsibility for multiple packages from pre-construction to final account agreement
• Prepare, submit and negotiate valuations, variations and final accounts
• Manage and control project costs
• Review and interpret contracts
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
• Liaise closely with the site team

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Minimum 7 year of experience in quantity surveying
• Knowledge of dry lining is essential
• Live within commutable distance to South East London
• Degree in a construction related subject
