Our client is looking for a Data Business Partner to join their Specialty Underwriting business to drive strategy across Data and AI for Underwriting Operations.This position will sit within a centralised data function where you will partner with Underwriting teams to identify and deliver high-value data and AI use cases.What you''ll do

Partner with underwriting teams to identify and deliver high-value data and AI use cases.Translate business needs into practical data solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable ROI.Assist in leading stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, to align data priorities and strategy.Support data quality, reporting, and governance across underwriting operations.Promote best practice and knowledge sharing across regions and functions.What you’ll bring

A background in analysis and data-focused business partnering, specifically in Insurance.Proven success delivering data projects, specifically in Insurance/ Underwriting.Experience influencing stakeholders and managing cross-functional programmes.Knowledge of insurance operations and platforms; Power BI experience is a plus.Agile mindset with ability to balance strategy and fast-changing business demand.This is a full-time role, based in London with 2-3 days per week in the office required.Job details
