This is a full-time, term-time role working closely with two pupils in EYFS who each have an EHCP or a pending EHCP. The position will run from the end of the Easter break until July.About the RoleYou will work as part of the Early Years team, providing tailored support to two pupils with additional needs. This includes assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, communication, and helping to ensure the children are fully included in all aspects of classroom life.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support for two EYFS pupils with EHCPs or pending EHCPsAssist the class teacher with implementing personalised strategies and interventionsHelp create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive learning environmentSupport pupils with communication, social development and routinesCollaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals as neededRequirementsExperience working with children in EYFS or within a primary school settingUnderstanding of supporting children with additional needs / EHCPsA patient, caring, and proactive approachAbility to work effectively as pa
