The Role You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and transfers of equity New build and shared ownership transactions Managing files from instruction through to completion Liaising with estate agents, lenders, clients, and third parties Maintaining high client-care standards and ensuring regulatory compliance About You The ideal candidate will have: 1+ year PQE (flexible for strong candidates) Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and client-care skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment NQ solicitors with robust conveyancing experience will be considered.
