You ll be part of a skilled maintenance engineering team, working in a modern, high-tech production environment where training and career progression are genuinely supported. You ll help keep machinery running efficiently, ensure minimal downtime, and play a key role in developing engineering reliability across the site. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Carry out maintenance, both planned (PPM) and reactive. Diagnose and repair faults on production machinery. Support installation, modification, and improvement of mechanical systems. Work closely with production teams to reduce breakdowns and improve performance. Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards. What We re Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering. Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance. Previous work in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment. Hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills. Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
