Our venues deliver weddings and events at scale, hosting more than 2,000 events each year. We are passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding service, and we are now looking for a talented and driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy into its next chapter of growth.

The Role As Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Artemis’s brand and communications. This is both a strategic and hands-on position, responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives that drive growth, enhance our customer experience, and support our partner venues.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role also forms part of the Artemis Executive Team, working closely with senior leadership to shape group strategy and deliver on ambitious growth plans.

You will be leading a department that is currently undergoing a significant review to ensure it is best placed to support the group’s ambitions. This includes embracing new technologies (such as AI), expanding the team with new roles, and working more closely with our venue teams and partners to ensure alignment and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a group-wide marketing strategy to support growth objectivesLead, inspire, and develop the marketing team, ensuring clear focus and performanceOversee brand management, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and communicationsIntroduce and embed new technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and competitive advantageStrengthen collaboration and communication with venue teams and partnersDrive lead generation, customer engagement, and measurable ROI across campaignsManage budgets, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadershipContribute actively as part of the Artemis Executive Team

About You We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, who is comfortable with big-picture planning but also able to roll up their sleeves. You will be a natural leader, an innovator, and commercially minded, with a passion for delivering results.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven track record in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or related industries

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team

Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media, PR, and brand management

Experience implementing new technologies and tools to drive efficiencies

Commercially aware, with a focus on ROI and growth

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
