This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in design coordination or architectural practice who is looking to develop their career within a main contractor environment. We would also consider candidates at Design Coordinator level, provided they are not operating at Senior level. The role will involve supporting the Design Manager in progressing design information, typically from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, ensuring designs are coordinated, cost-effective and delivered in line with project programmes. Projects will be based across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Design Manager to progress design information from outline through to detailed design.
