About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our established Children''s Residential EBD Home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or existing Team Leader to play a key role in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties to achieve positive outcomes. As a Team Leader, you will lead shifts, support and mentor staff, ensure safeguarding practices are upheld, and contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding care, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting the home''s continued journey towards achieving excellent outcomes for children and young people. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Shift Management Lead and coordinate residential shifts. Ensure the home operates safely and effectively during allocated shifts. Provide support, guidance and supervision to Residential Support Workers. Promote a positive, child-centred culture throughout the home. Support management in implementing policies, procedures and service improvements. Supporting Young People Establish positive and trusting relationships with young people. Support children and young people with emotional, behavioural and social development. Encourage participation in education, training and recreational activities.
