As our next Technical Services Engineer, you will provide onsite and remote support for a managed service customer, addressing IT issues across various technology domains, including Office 365, networking, Windows desktop support, and backups.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2.30pm - Due to the nature of this role you will be working on site 5 days a week
