Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the service
  • Lead and support a dedicated team of carers
  • Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and partners
  • Monitor quality and help improve services
  • Take part in the on-call rota and weekend cover

The Person

To succeed as a Deputy Manager, you will need:

  • Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory level
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confidence in leading and supporting a team
  • A hands-on, caring approach
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Flexibility for alternate weekends and on-call duties
