Main Responsibilities and Duties To develop programmes for intricate and bespoke projects in a fast paced environment Work with production and schedulers to ensure critical path milestones are met. Maintain quality standards to include proving of first offs Creation of work instructions/set-up sheets_ Essential _ Demonstratable experience in an industry manufacturing precision parts on 5 and 3 Axis CNC machines along with an in-depth knowledge of CNC programming techniques, CAD/CAM, jig and tool design Able to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings Experience in the use of 3 and 5 Axis Hypermill. Experience in 3 - axis / 5 - axis Programming Ability to work with operatives to setup and prove first off parts Ability to work to agreed lead times Be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills Ability to work without supervision producing high standard of work_ Desirable _ At least 3 years'' experience in a CNC programming role Experience in programming 5 axis parts and posting to machines. Previous experience working within a regulated industry e.g. aerospace, automotive or medical Familiar with a broad range of materials i.e. brass, aluminium, stainless steel and
