Amazing opportunity to join one of London''s most iconic music venues!Looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing and Promotions Manager to lead on all promotional activity, drive ticket sales, produce high-impact content, and manage relationships with third-party promoters. Key Responsibilities:Ticket Sales and Event PromotionDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for weekly events.Manage ticketing platforms (DICE, RA) and optimise performance.Align campaigns with programming and event announcements.Plan promotional timelines for all events.Content Creation and ManagementOversee content shoots (artist promos, BTS, photography).Brief and manage photographers, videographers, editors for timely delivery.Maintain social, email, and in-venue content calendars.Work with the creative team on digital and print assets.Third-Party Promoter ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with promoters, ensuring alignment on brand, events, and sales targets.Digital Marketing and Social MediaManage social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) and collaborate with agencies to drive engagement and sales.Oversee paid campaigns via Meta and Google.Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.Brand Strategy and Community EngagementDevelop partnerships with creatives, media, universities, and cultural institutions.Attend events to stay connected with audience, artists, and team.Lead OOH creative briefs and manage street teams.
