The Role:Run structural engineering projects from start to finishLead and support a small internal design teamWork closely with civil engineers to coordinate project deliveryEngage with clients and contribute to technical excellenceProjects include commercial steel frames, factory unit alterations, new office and residential developments, bespoke homes, and historic building modifications About You:Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural EngineeringWorking towards chartership (IStructE/ICE)Strong technical and leadership skillsConfident managing projects and mentoring junior staff You will have a varied and interesting workload within a collaborative environment which offers excellent career progression within a growing team.
