The Role As a Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in managing the financial aspects of residential developments, with responsibilities including: Assisting with the commercial management of residential construction projects from inception through to completion. Supporting the preparation and analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotations. Assisting with the procurement of subcontractors, materials and services.
