Rail Systems Maintenance Technician Level 4The successful Rail Systems Maintenance Technician Level 4 will be responsible for carrying out reactive and corrective maintenance activities on CCTV, CIS, PHP, PAVA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is to work Monday to Friday days and cover TOC stations across West London and along M3/M4.SISS is essential to ensuring the travelling public are correctly informed and safe as they commute across our customer''s rail networks, our maintenance service is critical to functioning of these systemsRail Systems Maintenance Technician, what you''ll do: Daily reactive maintenance activities across SISS and Telephony systems (CCTV systems, IP Networks, Help Points, Screens, Public Address, CIS, PAVA and Wi-Fi)Daily, weekly, monthly and annual planned maintenance activities as defined by the Team LeaderEnsuring SISS assets are well maintained, and station communication faults are reported and fixedUtilising field IT equipment to provide real time corrective and planned maintenance dataProvide detailed reports to enable further investigations of referred faultsWho you are: This role would suit someone with previous experience within a similar role involving IP, CCTV, Access Control, PA, CIS knowledge or come from a telecoms or electrical background.
